We need your doctor to approve this. Once approved we can send you a glucometer that is compatible with our system. We don’t cover the cost of test strips but can send the glucometer if you are in compliance with taking daily vitals on your primary device.

We can send the information to the doctor who is authorizing the program and to anyone you have outlined in your consent form. We can also give you information on how to access your vitals from the website.

We can reset your username and password for you. We don’t have access to your current password, this is one way we are HIPAA compliant.

If you have a chronic condition, your vitals will often be the first sign that something is off. This will give us and your doctor the ability to be proactive vs. reactive and keep unnecessary hospital visits to a minimum and/or eliminate a hospital visit completely. We would rather you go to your doctors for adjustments in medication vs going to the ER down the road.

If your doctor is reviewing your vitals and they are good, he/she will often spend the small amount of time they have with you discussing things they don’t have reports for. Vitals are very clear and speak directly to a doctor's understanding. You are welcome to bring up your vitals with your doctor at any time.
